AutoExpo2012

The glitz and glamor is back to Delhi. It is at Pragadhi Maidan . It is hosting the 11th AutoExpo in India and will be up to Jan 11th. It is the largest automotive show in India. This year it is expected to have 32 car launches . Many other brands are also demonstrating their conceptual model. 23 countries is participating in this year. Many of the big brands will use this expo to market their models in the big Indian Market. Ferrari and Peugeot is participating for the first time, main while other existing players will show their new models.

The 11th auto expo begun with Maruti Suzuki India unveiling its 'XA Alpha' concpt SUV. Bollywood star Amitab Bachan introduced DC Avanthi the first sports car mad e in India. Katrina Kaif was present for unveiling AUDI Q3 SUV. Yamaha models were presented by John Abraham and Nissan by Ranbir Kappor.

There was new concept models in two wheelers segments. Mahindra launched hydrogen-powered three-wheeler . Renault shown their all-terrain vehicle, the Duster

Lets hope the auto expo open a new path to development of country too. Indian companies are showcasing their different varieties. All are trying to bring the green glitz but have to wait and see how it will cope up with Indian roads. Hybrid is good but many but many executives are pointing to efficiency of such. LPG and CNG are much more practical than hybrid and electrical especially in Indian roads.

The show is picking its steam in the cold Delhi.
